Pony Ride Event


Rancho Condarco offers handled pony rides for your private and public events. With our Pony Ride Event service, we will come to your desired location with our Lil Bitty Corral ponies & horses.

A Pony Ride Event is reserved for events over an hour long with more than 36 riders of varying age groups requiring at least 3 mounts of different sizes. We never handled more than 3 ponies at a time. We do bring up to 5 ponies and horses to accomadate different sizes of riders and to allow for rest periods for the horses. Anything smaller should be reserved as a Pony Ride Party.

All of our package prices are estimates. We work with each of our customers to create an experience that best suites your needs and your budget. Please contact us to find out more!

Every package includes ponies being handled by one of our Rancho Condarco handlers. You also get the opportunity to choose different size mounts to allow for more participants to ride. So, let us know the age groups who will be attending your event – that way we can bring the right size ponies and horses.

We have 3 starting package sizes:

Mini-sized – Pony Ride Event

Suggested for Small Full Scale Events allowing for an estimated 48 - 80 rides.

  • 2 hour of riding time with 2 pony being handled

Pony-sized – Pony Ride Event

Suggested for Medium Full Scale Events allowing for an estimated 72 - 120 rides.

  • 3 hour of riding time with 2 pony being handled

  • 5 sizes of ponies or horse
  • 2-3 handlers and 1 gate keeper

Horse-sized – Pony Ride Event

Suggested for Large Full Scale Events allowing for an estimated 108 - 180 rides.

  • 3 hour of riding time with 3 pony being handled

Herd-sized – Pony Ride Event

Suggested for Large Full Scale Events allowing for an estimated 144 - 240 rides.

  • 4 hour of riding time with 3 pony being handled

$750.00

We require a $100 deposit to book your date. This money is applied to your total, the remainder of which is due on the day of your event.

Note: Gas surcharges apply to locations held outside of 50 mile radius of Bailey, TX.
